The Day Before the Night

At the day before the night

Our souls immersed in the fountain of sin

Before the end of judgment, not in sight.

The Angel of the Lord will take flight

To end the grief that we may spin

At the day before the night.

We may cower before the Lord’s awesome might,

Too soon to judge what lies beyond the din

Before the end of judgment, not in sight.

At our mortal lack of insight

The Lord himself will laugh and grin,

At the day before the night.

He shall then show us the light

Of how the devil he shall fight and win

Before the end of judgment, not in sight.

The eyes of humanity filled with delight

As the end is about to begin,

At the day before the night

Before the end of judgments, not in sight.

Revised Version

When comes the day before the night

Souls immersed in fountains of sin

Preceding the end, not in sight

The Angel of God will take flight

To end the grief that we may spin

When comes the day before the night

We cower before the Lord’s might

Judging what lies beyond the din

Preceding the end, not in sight

At our mortal lack of insight

The lord himself will laugh and grin

When comes the day before the night

He shall then show to us the light

The devil, god shall fight and win

Preceding the end, not in sight

Humanity filled with delight

As the end is set to begin

When comes the day before the night

Preceding the end, not in sight.

Wow, thats all I can say. I didn't look for any grammatical errors, but I personally think it is fine the way it is.

This is a dark poem for sure, your meter sounds about right but I couldn't find any gramma errors besides your commas.
